We are 100 percent dedicated to the testing, assessment and remediation of mold. Accurate Mold Remediation is a five year old family owned company. We have conducted over 1000 assessments and nearly 400 remediations. AMR's remediators are trained professionals. They are classroom and field trained in all aspects of testing, assessment and remediation. Our project managers and crews are courteous, understand the importance of what we do and respect personal property.

Why we are not the low dollar bid!

We are a professional mold remediation company. Mold is all we do! We are not like a restoration company or carpet cleaning company that remediates at a much lower level of proficiency and success. We conduct pre-remediation testing to establish identification of mold on surfaces and in the air. Post-remediation testing confirms the elimination of mold on previously impacted surfaces and proves the air quality is returned to a normal fungal ecology. These tests are legally required for HUD and EPA clearance compliance. In most remediations, over $500 dollars of baseline costs are for these services.

	AMR is comprised of people who believe there is always a better mousetrap. We have developed new technology for the industry, written and published new protocols, and teach what we know in free seminars. As you know, when you call AMR for help, we respond. We evaluate residential problems and assess environments for a small fee. We then look at testing options and develop a plan of action.

What we have accomplished.

In 2006, AMR received the Pinnacle Award from the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors. This award is for outstanding contribution and customer service. In January of this year, AMR was featured in an international infrared publication for research with infrared thermography and will be featured in Mold and Moisture Magazine later this year. We love the science of what we do, AMR is being included in a University of Michigan research study in lung related condition and mold. Recently AMR has been approved as a primary provider for 8,000 independent claims adjusters.

	To make the experience as positive and concise as possible. Coordination and communication are the key components of a successful remediation. We guarantee our workmanship. Most importantly, we warranty the environment from any re-occurrence with cause correction implemented and normal environmental controls maintained. We have never had a re-occurrence.
